Based in Switzerland, I lead Zentior's client interface, governance and strategic sourcing strategy. With over ten years of experience in international industrial environments, I built my career at Forvia, holding roles in production quality, project quality and industrialization. I spent seven years at Forvia across Portugal, France and Germany, contributing to automotive programs for Renault, KIA, SEAT, Škoda and Volkswagen. I later joined the Liebherr Group as a supplier process auditor and strategic purchasing team leader, strengthening my expertise in supplier qualification, risk mitigation and global sourcing strategy.

Head of Operations
Based in Asia, I lead Zentior's regional operations and supplier network. With an engineering background and seven years in the automotive industry, I worked across France, the United States and China. At Forvia, I led the industrialization of complex products for Ford under strict automotive quality and performance standards. I later spent four years in China as Asia Quality Manager for La Foir'Fouille, overseeing supplier quality, leading a team of eight QC/QA specialists, and securing supply-chain performance in close collaboration with local partners. With over ten years of on-the-ground experience in China, I understand the local industrial ecosystem and communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers.

Chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional verification — all performed by SGS in Asia. CMM reports, spectroscopic analysis, hardness and tensile testing. You get the raw SGS data with full traceability, not a self-issued supplier certificate.
Design Optimisation
Our engineers review your drawing and propose modifications that reduce manufacturing cost without affecting function or quality. Tolerance relaxation, process substitution, material alternatives, geometry simplification — every suggestion comes with a concrete cost impact estimate.
Factory Audit
Our team visits the manufacturer on your behalf. We assess production capabilities, quality management systems, machine park, certifications and workforce. Full audit report delivered in English, French or German — before you commit to a single order.
