Zentior Sàrl is a Swiss company providing B2B industrial sourcing and supply chain services, with offices in Switzerland and China. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect data that you provide to us directly, through our contact form or by email. This may include:

• Your full name and job title
• Your professional email address and phone number
• Your company name and address
• Technical information you share about your project (drawings, specifications, quantities)
• Any other information you voluntarily include in your message

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect data from minors.

We use your data solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide our sourcing services
• Manage our business relationship with you
• Send you relevant project updates or follow-ups related to your request
• Comply with our legal and contractual obligations

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

Your data is stored within our CRM system (Odoo, hosted in Europe) and in our internal email systems. Access is restricted to Zentior team members who need it to handle your request.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. No system is 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously and apply industry-standard safeguards.

We do not share your data with manufacturers or third parties without your prior agreement, and when we do share technical documents, your company identity is removed from those files.

We retain your contact data for as long as necessary to manage your project and our business relationship, and for up to 5 years after the last interaction, in line with Swiss commercial law requirements.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

Under Swiss nDSG and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

Our website runs on Odoo (odoo.com), which processes certain technical data (such as server logs) as part of normal website operation. Odoo's own privacy policy applies to their infrastructure.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or other behavioural tracking tools on this website.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
